Whites
Apricus Sauvignon Blanc 2016
Grapefruit and passionfruit combine with a textured savoury mid palate with hints of melon and spicy vanillin oak leading to a long crisp finish

West Cape Howe Cape to Cape Chardonnay 2017
This chardonnay is definitely a great wine for current drinking; it is soft and fruit with a gorgeous full palate. The very light touch of oak contributes to its good palate weight without compromising on the fruit. It is generously flavoured with those tropical fruit characters and it finishes with a gentle, clean acidity.

Zeepaard Semillon Sauvignon Blanc 2019
Excellent zestiness and fresh herbaceous flavours together with a good palate
weight. The lovely acidity contributes to the very good persistence of flavour. The
Zeepaard SSB is crisp and fruity with a pleasingly dry finish. Best enjoyed while fresh
and young.

Reds
Mount Trio Cabernet Merlot 2013
This is a well flavoured wine with good density and structure. The fruit flavours of blackcurrant, dark plum and raspberry are all particularly typical of Cabernet Sauvignon. These flavours are very well balanced by the dusty oak characters on the finish and, with the drying tannins, contribute to the wine’s good length of flavour.

Mount Trio Shiraz 2014
Has a juicy, fleshy palate with the rich, spicy plum and sweet cherry fruit flavours beautifully complemented by the drying tannins picked up during 16 months oak maturation. Has good palate weight and great length of flavour; is delicious now and will continue to improve with further bottle maturation.

Zeepaard Shiraz Cabernet 2017
The best Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon fruit from the coolest regions of Western
Australia are used to create this intense, cool-climate Shiraz Cabernet. The parcels of
fruit are fermented separately with frequent pumping over to maximise the colour and
flavour extracted from the skins. After pressing out, the juice goes to barrel for
maturation for at least 12 months before the final blend is put together. We are
producing an approachable, well flavoured wine.
